This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered when purchasing artwork from Sophie Welsh.

 

Order Processing

• Orders are normally acknowledged within 24 hours of being placed (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

• Once your order has been acknowledged, you will receive an estimated shipping date by email.

• Orders are shipped once payment has been received in full.

As each artwork may require careful packaging, processing times may vary slightly depending on the size and nature of the item.

 

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped and tracked using Royal Mail / Parcel Force.

Available services and prices are calculated according to Royal Mail / Parcel Force’s current rates based upon the weight of the artwork and its packaging..

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are based on those advertised by Royal Mail / Parcel Force for the selected service and destination.

• Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

• Delays may occur due to factors outside my control, such as postal delays, customs processing, or peak periods.

 

UK & International Shipping

• UK shipping is available using Royal Mail services.

• International shipping is available to selected countries using Royal Mail / Parcel Force international services.

 

For international orders:

• Delivery times vary by destination.

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applied by their local authorities.

 

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

All artwork is packaged carefully to help ensure it arrives safely and in good condition.
